Oxford Test of English is recognized by more than 1,100 organizations — educational institutions, businesses and national bodies — around the world.
In Vietnam, Oxford Test of English has been approved by the Ministry of Education and Training to deliver linked exams, issue certificates, and grant recognition equivalent to levels within Vietnam's 6-Level Foreign Language Competency Framework (Decision No. 1429/QĐ-BGDĐT dated 29/05/2026). Accordingly, the certificate is officially approved for use in admissions and training at all levels of higher education.
